My obsession with brands, especially early stage brands, started in a co-op in Burlington, Vermont when I was in college. The co-op is the mecca of natural foods. I was (and still am) really passionate about wellness and I would browse the aisles, looking for small health food brands that intrigued me. I would imagine a better version of their story, think about what I would do differently. And, I would keep visiting these brands in these same aisles, year after year. Watching their packaging improve, their story become more colorful, and their product lines grow. Now they’re all acquired or in Whole Foods across the country, but watching them from the very beginning fueled my passion and lead me to my career in brand strategy.
While I did get to work in the packaged goods world both on the startup side (Little Duck Organics) and the big corporate side (General Mills / Small Planet Foods), my love for budding brands, products, and ideas took me to digital and product-based brands, where I have spent the last 15 years.
I’m a mother, a skier, a gardener, an avid styler of shelves, a Libra, and a very passionate executive. I grow brands, lead creative teams, tell stories, and ignite growth for digital brands at all stages.
